Is it about customer service that can help you determine what you need for your site? --- If so, browse through services and see the reviews from other people. Pay attention to services that have been for a long time. It is likely that they are doing business in a long-term not just short-term.
Is it about the package that can help you get ranking fast? -- If so, you need to evaluate your site. Is it a new site? For a new site, you should start building links slowly and steadily. You are most suited with dripped feed, high trust links coming from authority source (look for high Domain Authority, high Page Authority from properties belong to service sellers)
If your site is aged, you can do a quick blast of 2000, 5000 links and let all of them indexed slowly by Google.

theres a great backling service I just baught from warrior forum I had my doubts but dude ranked my website with 2 campaigns but not in 3 day sit took about a month he drip feeds high quality links and enforces them with a 2nd tier. I have already doubled my profit
