Hi. Well here is a big different. Channel and group. In channel you cannot to post anything if you are not the owner
If you are not the owner of the group (chat) you must use special bots which is a lot on a TG market.
If you are owner of the chat you can use cheap service like COMBOT.

Check BHW marketplace, there is a bot to automate this. But do check reviews before buying anything.

Yes and it's not hard! It can be done through bots or other third-party solutions. With @ControllerBot, @GroupButler You can schedule posts to channels or groups. @SkeddyBot is another choice: DM it your text and schedule. If you need more firepower, there’s Make.com or Zapier: you can easily hook them up to Telegram’s API and make more complex workflows or create triggers or recurring posts.

I'm looking for a way to automatically promote to a group every 30 minutes or every hour. Is that possible with the method you mentioned?
