Please recommend software to add arrows and rectangles to screenshots (Tutorial blog)

Does anyone know any good software I can use to add arrows, rectangles, and text to screenshots like those ones on popular tutorial websites? And I will prefer cross-platform software cos I'm running Ubuntu on my machine.
Thanks.

I need an app that can do something like the image below.

I finally found a good one named Shutter for Linux (https://shutter-project.org/) and GreenShot for Windows and Mac.

Screenshot . net if you are editing your screeshots. Or just canva enough for normal editing.
