Hello, I need a real estate wp theme, where people can register and upload their properties, as this won't be targeted to the us market it is very important so that i can change the language as well.

Ideally, the process would work like this, user registers, uploads property, I as the admin will have to approve it or deny it, and the user also would have the option to pay to get its property featured

You can use realhomes wp theme
 
I used flynax real estate back then. but you need to pay extra there for customizations and integrations

I appreciate the suggestions given by everyone here. Let me tell you that I have been looking into real estate themes and there are so many options out there. Some of them are good for property listings and user submissions.

Also, as I’m targeting a non-US market, having a theme that will come with multi-language support will be helpful to me. However, I’m a bit concerned about some platforms about how user-friendly they are for registering and uploading properties. Does anyone have experience with the approval process as an admin?

Also, for those who have used various themes – how customizable are they usually? I would like to be able to tweak the design and layout a bit to fit my specific needs. Are most of these themes pretty flexible or do they tend to be quite rigid?

I will acknowledge any insight from folks who have implemented and managed real estate sites. There’s only so much you can tell from demo versions and feature lists.
