You can find many hosting providers who provide you dedicated hosting. However, I suggest you to always look for the reliable hosting provider which assure you 24X7 support. Apart from this before going for any hosting always looks for the server uptime record and below 99% uptime is not acceptable. Also, it would be great if they give you multiple ways to contact the support. ( live chat, email support and phone support etc)
