Please recommend a good Shared hosting !

I am in need to find a new host for my websites. I would like to know which ones are the best according to following terms.

Minimum requirements :

Disk Space = 10GB or more
Bandwidth = 100GB or more
Unlimited addon domains
Unlimited email accounts
Cpanel
Fantastico
No adult websites.

I will highly appreciate your help in this regard.

The host should be reliable and have high uptime. Please recommend only if you have used the host.:)
 
Advertise on BHW
Hostgator without a doubt.
They meet all these requirements and more, including allowing adult if you wish in the future.

Why not go with with HostGator? Been with them 5+ years and never once failed :)
 
I will pile on the HostGator wagon here. I've had their reseller hosting for 5+ years and never had a problem. Not once.

Well, I have heard that hostgator will suspend a hosting account without any warnings if they receive a DMCA complaint or if any of my websites exceed the RAM quota.

That is why I didn't choose hostgator in the first place.
 
I had a DMCA just last week and no problem. They just wanted the offending post removed, no hassle at all.

Support told me what the problem was, I removed it and that was the end of it.

Hostgator is a nice webhost.

I'd prefer Hostwinds but they have Softaculous instead of Fantastico.

Softaculous does let you install wordpress like fantastico if I remember correctly right?
 
I think we should open and make a sticky thread to let people know which hosting to take for shared vps etc.
The players in this Thread Should put according To bhw Members vote or reviews, opinions.

@op: go for hostgator.
 
I have recently started using Arvixe. Unlimited databases and unlimited email even on their basic plan. Plus you get a domain for life so you can buy another domain while you are at it.

I am splitting mine up into their basic with 6 domains per account.

Arvixe lets you host adult websites too as far as I remember. That will negatively impact my serps.
 
I would recommend Hostwinds, been with them a while and very happy so far. The owner is very approachable and is around on BHW also.
 
Whatever you do don't go with Hostable. Their shared hosting is really poor. I've got so many "unreachable" pages it's pathetic, and it is affecting my ability to rank well.
