I really really want to know how to index external backlinks by Google. I need to know about the method or technique other than blog commenting or web 2.0 blogs backlinks submissions. Help Me BHW

Most important have some patience. Indexing is not as easy as it used to be in most cases it takes time 30-60 days.

usually, the best ways to index external backlinks is by using either one, or more of these methods combined (or all of them combined):
1. have a guest post on a website that google crawls frequently (multiple times per day, ideally);
2. run a social media campaign on tweeter, instagram, pinterest and facebook from which you get 100s of thousands of social signals in various forms (tweets, pins, fb shares, fb likes, etc.)
3. use backlinks indexers and URL crawlers
4. press releases
5. forums
6. .edu sites with high crawling rate and instant indexing rate (these sites are usually rare, though, and tricky to get backlinks indexed on)

If you're gonna get backlinks, get them from higher authority sites; that will carry value. Getting ones from inferior sites won't do much good.

Building tier 1 links, posting on social media, and using the Google indexing tools can help your links get indexed. But if your links are not correctly built, then they will never get indexed.

If you want to know other than Web 2.0 and blog commenting,
then go with guest posts and use social media.
Submit your backlinks to Google webmaster.
But no one can assure that this will index rapidly, it depends accordingly.
So be patient enough to get it done.
