Please need to find webhost not so quick on spam ban

Seems outfits like hostgator somehow managed to ban entire accounts withing minutes if they aren't "double-opt-in can spam yes i want the email i'll pay you for it" compliant

So anyway, subject pretty much says all. Go ahead and "spam" me with your rec, affiliate links, etc. for hosting that might let me send out some mail. I really don't need a lot. Only about 5 to 10 thousand a day right now. Oh, and per my other postings, I have found an ip "solution" so now I just need a mail service. I do pay for one of the better known friendly providers , but they are expensive and capped at about 8K/day. I may wind up trying them out in the meantime, but it just seems crazy considering the low key nature of my traffic.
