There a few sites that do valuations. You could do a search to find a few. Take an average price. Or if one site gives a high valuation. It might be nice to put in your sales pitch.

The value of a site is largely based on it earnings over the past 6-12 months. Your site hasn't earned anything, so to me it isn't worth anything. It also has a pretty bad domain name.

You might get lucky and find someone who likes your content and has money to splurge. But I very much doubt it.

Your generic wordpress theme with six spun articles and re used photos is the sort of thing you can buy in the marketplace for $30.

All your backlinks appear to be blog comments on random pages with high obls. Has fooled Moz as usual into bumping your DA/PA but its a pretty crappy backlink profile.

The only way your site is worth anything at all is if you have been making a steady monthly income from your Amazon links. Frankly I would be suprised if you made anything off it.

Not to break your spirits OP but you'll be lucky if someone even bids on that $100 starting price you listed it at on Flippa.

It's a simple Wordpress site, with a domain 25 characters long (not even a yr old), about 8 posts, and the Sahifa Theme (one of the most popular on Themeforest) slapped on it.

Not trying to be mean, but it's holds no value. The only reason one would purchase such a site is if it made money, had traffic, was unique (brandable), or at least had decent backlinks, which it doesn't. There's hundreds of sites listed like this every week that fail to even get a starting bid, because anyone that knows Wordpress can duplicate everything in a few hours.

It's not a big deal, almost everyone new to site flipping goes through this phase. It's a learning experience. But unless you want $50 or under, I'd keep it. If you're really interested in flipping sites and want to make good money doing it, focus on building an authority, something hard to replicate.

OP you had it from all the response you got, they are simply being truthful, this site is really not worth anything unless you are making money with it.

This is a great learning process, you will get better at this and will eventually have a site that can sell. Good luck!
