Not to break your spirits OP but you'll be lucky if someone even bids on that $100 starting price you listed it at on Flippa.
It's a simple Wordpress site, with a domain 25 characters long (not even a yr old), about 8 posts, and the Sahifa Theme (one of the most popular on Themeforest) slapped on it.
Not trying to be mean, but it's holds no value. The only reason one would purchase such a site is if it made money, had traffic, was unique (brandable), or at least had decent backlinks, which it doesn't. There's hundreds of sites listed like this every week that fail to even get a starting bid, because anyone that knows Wordpress can duplicate everything in a few hours.
It's not a big deal, almost everyone new to site flipping goes through this phase. It's a learning experience. But unless you want $50 or under, I'd keep it. If you're really interested in flipping sites and want to make good money doing it, focus on building an authority, something hard to replicate.
