Please I need your help about charging a multi-national company

Hi guys I need your help urgently and here's the thing.

I have a web tool for people to lookup things through my web page form. Up to now it's free as most people only use it occasionally. However I just found a multi-national company generates over ten thousand queries using machine every month without letting me know. Since I need to pay a lot for my database server and bandwidth, I think it might be a good idea to write to ask them pays monthly. Anyways, those companies in my space usually ask their customers to pay to use their service.

Use the freemium model. Up to X queries per day/week/month is free. Over that they need to pay.

Sell them a subscription that is an x - amount of database queries.

I say just use a talented copywriter to mail them first. Say that you appreciate their business and all that but - lay it out nice and smooth - this is why you actually need to pay for that
