I must admit that I'm not sure about how well i read your question, I especially don't understand what you mean by writing "non hosted proxies".
I assume, however, that you are looking for a good private proxy to hide your Real IP. For this purpose, I suggest you may check offers on this page: http://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/

You can compare prices, ask some questions and pick best offer for you.

    .

It's nice reading from you.. yes you right a private proxies that works on Google. You know it's hard to see a proxy not detected by Google. I need proxies that won't tell Google unknown location and also hide my real address from Google. Is there any proxy that runs that?

I get what you mean. There are many factors over which Google can figure out that you perform queries by any automat. I do not know exactly what kind of queries you want to send to google and to which service you want to connect but the vast majority offered here in the forum of private proxy will allow you to effectively to make connections to google.

Do you have already tried to use any proxy from providers announcing in the forum section to which I redirects?
