actually i want to start in field marketing on CPA, but i don't know where i start.

1) Do I start using Blogger or Wordpress on any subject ( because FOR FREE ) ?

2) What is the area where I start him

3) How can the success of the command to get a Email list ?

4) Do you see the start of this point is good for me because it will be the first my start ?

5) What is your advice ?

Read through BHW and try out some of the methods on your own

First you need to choose your niches/market/topic to start, then research deeply about his, everything below you will know when you start. Just do it with the niches you choose.

Advice about what? Websites? CPA?

I don't mean to sound pedantic, but you may want to reword some of your questions. For example, questions 2 and 3 don't make any sense. Regardless, I answered the questions I could.

Best thing you could do now is to start reading as many topics as you can. I hope you will be interested in a few, start focus on those methods. Test, test, test and learn as much as you can. You will start making money at one point, that's where you can capitalise.
