This error (temporary block) commonly occurs either due to aggressive postings with fresh accounts OR inorganic activities. You need let the accounts age for a bit before you start any marketing or promotional stuff with the accounts. Also if you are using proxies, make sure that they are not blacklisted. Dedicated proxies are always recommended for such activities.

Rent private proxies .
Each proxie you buy, you can create one account but your also need a phone number
To verify the account .
I suggest you buy accounts and you use them
Making accounts can cost a lot of money unless
You are a trader might aawell buy them .
Even if you do make or buy accounts your need private proxys to hide your self from the
Accont holders as 1 proxie only allowed to control one account .
