PLEASE HOW CAN I COMMENT ON INSTAGRAM WITH MY COMPUTER SYSTEM

Please am new here and my main reason for being here is to know how I can comment tag people on a post on instagram..please take a look at this screenshot below so you can understand what I mean..

Are these comments from your accounts? If so - I wouldn't recommend trying to gain followers using this method, too much spam.

I'm not 100% sure on commenting on IG from a computer, but I'm pretty sure the Instgrm website lets you comment? If not - Google your question!
