Guy's I've received a privacy complaint on one of my videos and YouTube said the violation occurred in the video at: ​0_15-0_21 What does this even mean? Do they mean at 0:15-0:21?

See what appears on 0.15 second and 0.21 second in your video. Content appears at that time violates YT's privacy and policy.

That's what I thought. Thanks for the quick reply--I appreciate it. I guess I've got to take my video down...it had 40K views too damn.

Just try to delete that part and see what happens. If its on established account, don't take risk.
