    Is something new has been introduced in on-page optimization or off-page or still the old techniques are on...should we expect something new from google

    yes, you have to keep updated regularly, lot of new things are coming up like pinging blogs with pingomatic etc., then rss feed submitting sites, nofollow tags etc. Google keeps their algorithm writing people busy so they must always be up with new issues.

    This may be missing the point but why make a post with the title PLEASE HELP?? be a bit more descriptive so people that may actually know how to fix your problem can see what it is you need help with.

    This really depends on the kind of on site and off site optimization that you have been doing. If you have been depending solely on spam for off site optimization, then you might not like what google will come up for you.

    there are tons of sources out there to learn about search engine news.
    The number one of course is the Google itself.
