Please Help... WP Multisite isn't working

I need urgent help. I just finished installing my WP multi site, activated subdomain.mysite.com using Wildcard (*) in my cpanel.

Despite all this, the sub domain is not working. Am i missing anything here?

Have you completed the network setup from the WP admin interface?
