Please help with PPD

I want to start off with this site is great. Here is what i need help with. I am looking for a PPD with no surveys in the US. I looked at turbobit and they are not in the US. Are there any good PPD sites that you can point me in the right direction. And yes I have done searches here on BHW for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand. You say you don't want U.S surveys, and say turboit won't work as it doesn't have U.S surveys? Please try to explain again.

Why would you not want surveys for US traffic? PPDs have surveys displayed for every country. If you're from the US you're seeing US surveys.
 
I am looking for "PPD with no surveys" in the US, meaning i am looking for a program like Turbobit that someone can download a file without having to do a survey for the file that pays like turbobit $12 per 1000 downloads.
