Hello everyone! I want to publish my offer on the marketplace. I need 100 posts on BHW and 2 months of membership for this. How can I post my offer without 100 messages? Or are these actions necessary?

Exactly as @Aaric said. You will have to pay x4 bigger amount than the regular JRVIP in order to be able to create a marketplace thread.
If it's urgent - I would say that it's deffently worth it. Also, You will not have to renew your membership every year.
