Please help with gmail

Hello, I'm having a pretty troublesome problem when my gmail suddenly died after a period of not using it and I appealed after 8 hours, Google agreed to restore it and Google asked me to verify my identity but when I enter any phone number, it says that this phone number cannot be used for verification, is there any way to fix it?

Try to use real phone numbers for verification.Or use vpn and try again

I am using my real phone number, but when I enter any family number it still says this phone number is not used for verification.
 
I had the same problem as you, just leave it like that for 72 hours and you can use your phone to restore it.

It might be that the number is already attached to other Gmail account/s.

Try with a different mobile number provider, or, maybe changing the device you're trying to verify from can help get through that step.
 
Happened to me before and I had to contact Google Support (form) using the other gmail account. Do this if it's really crucial for you to regain access.

Not 100% certain if the support desk access is still the same but for me, I sorted it back in 2019.
 
You may be using fresh gmail accounts. In that case, you may have to age the gmail accounts yourself so that doesn't happen. What you can do also is post a new thread in the "Want to buy" section of blackhatworld, and you may finder someone that has aged gmail accounts.
