Please Help with Facebook!!!

There are many facebook group posters available like pilot poster which you can use but there are always chances of banhammer by facebook. It is better to post manually with proper analyzing each group, whether it is suitable to post there or not.
 
Do it manually max 10-15 groups per day.. Take it slow with a disposable account and do other normal stuff as well, like adding friends and posting on your timeline like a normal account not just group posting as their robots AI that is always watching new accounts so buy aged accounts..

I personally recommend joining 10-15 groups daily and posting in 7-8 groups daily no more than that.Otherwise facebook can remove your already done posts from groups as well as ban you from commenting,sharing,likes and posts for a specific amount of time.

Stay safe and stay in limits before you get noticed that's the best way.

It's better to post manually and do it in few groups per day
 
Use multiple accounts for this and maintain gap between posting.
 
Don't do it
your account will get banned and it will require id verification.
 
Hi. Create a post and then go to share options and then choose multiple groups that you want to share your post in.
