And another thing, i just created an ad account but it get restricted immediately due to ID verification demand, so i bought a line 3 account, so should i use a proxy or an RDP for this account or i will be just fine if i go with Meta regulations for ads.

CPC: Cost Per Click
CPM: Cost Per Mille (Cost per 1000 impressions)

These are just metrics to measure the cost of your traffic.

Use a anti-detect browser with proxy for your Facebook accounts.
