They said Text on the Pic Should be 25% .
How can i do this? What's the best tool you use for Creating Facebook Ad Images?
Any Advice? Help? Tricks with Creating Facebook Pic ads?

Hey, you can create image for your sponsored post in any graphic program ( photoshop, gimp, etc. ) or you can do it on https://www.canva.com .
If you are not sure if there is still too much text in the image then you can check it on https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay .
Also if it is first time when you create ad on FacebookAds then I would suggest to check any company sponsored post because image has also impact on price per action and reach.
