Please Help With Adwords New Interface

Hi everyone,

have you tried to use the adwords new interface? seems like they 'push' us to like it.

They recommend to use firefox 3 for this interface, but i have this problem:

in the old interface, next to each keyword there is a magnifying glass icon and when we hover the mouse over it, it will pop up a new box explaining the keyword status (ads showing? yes or no) and after a few lines there is a 'details and recommendations' link where we can click and be taken to another page with full details.

in the new interface, next to each keyword there is a box icon and when we click on it, it will pop up a new box too, with several lines of explanations, but everytime i moved my mouse this explanation box always dissapears so i could not click on the 'learn more' link.

what should i do? i tried to use google chrome but this problem still exists. do i have to use a different setting for my browser? it's very frustating because i want to know each keyword status and details.

well, It's NOT an option!
Adwords is switching ALL account to this new interface, 30 days after we receive their notification email.
For now, i can still switch back to the old interface but when the time is up, what can i do?
Could someone please help?
and please don't tell me to contact them, i don't want troubles.

anyone? please help? does this have something to do with javascript?
