Please help with advertising at facebook groups

I joined 100 facebook groups and I want to advertise my offer in each of these 100 groups
but I'm afraid to get blocked/ banned. so what should I do ?
should I buy 10 domains and advertise each different domain in each different group of 10 facebook groups so my domain won't get blocked by facebook if I advertise one single domain in all of these 100 groups?

I don't believe they will block your domain per se. They may well block your facebook account from posting to groups, or ban you altogether.

Id go for one domain, no probs there, but numerous different FB accounts to advertise it with

They will block your domain to a degree. If you post the same URL too fast with the same message they will make people go through a spam gateway. I suggest getting 2 domains and redirecting the one you don't care about to the real one. Check periodically if the throwaway domain is being spam filtered and get a new one if it is.

I believe as long as the info you are giving is related to the groups, there won't be no issue. BUT, as some people said before, don't publish them at the same time with the exact same words..
