Hello, when Fiverr gig is cancelled, where does the payment go? I bought a gig with extras for $40, but the order was canceled. I didn't get refund. where does money go?

It goes into your Fiverr balance. You don't get the money refunded to paypal, but the next time you spend that money, it comes from your Fiverr Balance.

I think the money will go to your fiverr account............not to pp

Shoot a quick email to customer support - say that you don't plan on ever using fiverr again and request they refund your Paypal

When a order is cancelled, your money is credited back to your fiverr balance which is used for future purchases. But, if you believe that you don't want to make any future purchase, you can contact the fiverr support and get your money back into your paypal account.
