Hey Guys/Girls,

I made a small site for my mum, she is based in Spain but her website is for English people living out there.

The site is 3 months old give or take, and it will not rank at all. I would understand if it was very competitive but its not. I tried running PPC with adwords but all I get back is site rejected over site policy.

Please help!

You try some social bookmarking and a few high pr backlinks? That usually does the trick. Also, you didn't mention if you checked if the site was even indexed.
