Bloor your real name, ID and other private stuff...

Sometimes:
If incorrect details are entered three times in a row, your Payoneer account will be locked for 30 minutes.
In such a case, just wait 30 minutes and your account will be automatically unlocked.

Anyway, I believe there is something suspicious you've been doing which trigger out Payoneer system.

Just contact them, we won't be able to help you and give 100% right answers as they will.

contact payoneer support. Only them can help you on this.

Maybe you've put any wrong information or mismatch any information while going through transection. Payment accounts are very sensitive, always put exact info in the right place. Now contact their Support center, only they can sort it for you and keep patience while they are taking time to respond you back.

Just contact their support, if you didn't do anything wrong.

they did that to me and i was waiting for 45 days until every thing is back to normal
