Please Help! New to Ebay Stealth Accounts

I purchased a ebay stealth account and a new phone that has never been used on ebay, If I sign in with that phone would I be ban?

Note : The computer and old phone I use have ebay banned accounts.

If I was not clear please let me know so I can explain further.

May not be helpful but I never use my phone to log in to eBay. Especially if you have multiple accounts. You may not confuse them today but future. It's better to be on the safe side.

Create another user with another e-mail hopefully they are not looking at the billing information but if they are then use a different name and maybe a prepaid credit card? If you were saling they might use the mailing address so unless you have someone close that can allow you to use their address and name you might just try writing to them and see if they give you a second chance. If you feel you were banned not a good reason you could put a complain with the with the better business bureau department.

why dont you try to get rdp with residential IP ? so you will have new virtual device

Mandatory completely new all data card payments, PayPal account, change Mac addresses of devices using a vpn

keep ip, email, paypal separate and you will be ok.
it is so easy to forget this though, especially if you distracted sometime.
better to use vps
