PLEASE HELP- Need outsourcing advice from a Pro.

Please help me with any advice on where I can go with outsourcing 100% of all my local SEO, Google Places optimization.... pretty much eveything... I need the work done CHEAP and good. (I am able/capable of doing the actual SEO but I dont have the time to juggle all the hats now that I have the added business)

I am selling my accounts at $500-$750/month and right now I have 4 new accounts that I need work on. Do I need to raise my prices in order to oursource? Can it be done cheap here or in India, Phillipines, Fiverr, etc?

Really I am a Newbie to this SEO biz... I got some accounts underbelt pretty quick and now can't keep up with the work. Is my business model screwed up?

I am a little deserate right now for sure and need some help and advice. I have to make this work for me. Thank you for your replies, you can also pm me if you like.

India is one of the cheapest countries to outsource but Indians tend to be lazy
Philippines's are cheap too but they tend to have either family problems or internet problems...

Haha... That's so true... I've outsourced stuff to both places and the Indians always haggle for more time and the others always have some sort of family emergency to attend to or a computer problem and will need another week to finish.

I keep all my work in the US now. Might be more expensive but domestic freelancers tend to be more reliable and way easier to get in touch with if you need them

You should consider Costa Rica its not as cheap as India but its not as expensive as USA.... Shoot me a PM if you need more info

I'm based in the UK and can do google places optimisation, you'll have to let me know what sort of service you are after tho. I can definately still make it profitable for you with the prices you are currently charging.

Hi,

Now-a-days many Indian are doing third party work, like they contact some of their friends living in USA to open an office and take work over there from the US Citizens and then they pass their work to India, work is completed in India and because of the companies repo, they did not make any excuses like laziness.

So there is about 20% companies which have workers of US. Most of them are completing there work using the outsiders but they complete work on time.
