    Hello guys,

My friend's facebook got hacked, so the only way she can get her FB back is by prooving ID copy, or passport copy.
The problem is that I can't find the place where to send these proofs, cause FB only spins in in circles in the Help section with hyperlinks and shit.

Can someone please give us a hand?

Your friend doesn't have access to the email account that her facebook account was attached to ? Can't she use that ?

Nope, nothing. The hacker probably changed everything. Also tried the option where you can send 3 codes to 3 friends on your friend's list, and then get them back to you so they can verify you've been hacked, after I select three friends, I get an error saying something like "there's already a procedure opened for this case, check your e-mail, blablabla"

If everything hacked then report that id as hacked may be FB can focus on that.

And the facebook is deactivated, can't find it on the search nor anything.....
I remembe there was a page where you could upload your ID or any proof of identity, so you could get your facebook back.
