If your traffic is mostly from India, then the only way is to redirect your domain,

check other sites that do your same think, check if they use https, work in my country, plus direct deals

You cant do anything with this change your domain extension and 301 old domain to get your ranking back.

depends here blocked domains cannot even 301 them, there is only one solution that work and use https, people know it, when they get the banned page with gov shit, they just add https

if you will 301 ur domain, u will atleast be able to get organic traffic, but no direct traffic

Not instantly at all, Google is very slow now, so it will take a lot of time maybe 2-5 weeks
