I need to find a place that sells mobile traffic , i have looked everywhere and the best i could find is banner ads , which is not what im looking for. If there is anyone that knows where i can buy bulk mobile traffic ( real people) that would be greatly appreciated

I am afraid that no one will be selling mobile traffic right now. May be someone goes for it in near future.
 
You may want to try juicy ads they pay for mobile redirects so the mobile traffic must go somewhere.
 
They pay you to redirect your mobile visitors. That traffic must be sold to someone but if you are selling tweet attacks you should have tons of mobile traffic.
 
Traffic from mix country mobile niches is $5 per 1,000 unique clicks.
 
from my experience its very very difficult to find this kind of traffic.

Try testing the waters on your mobile site with a few paid campaigns. If they look like they convert, start going from there. Mojiva and JumpTap work pretty good for paid campaigns.
