You could submit your site to quality web directories . Try searching the forum theirs a ton of information on building back links here .

To get get permanent backlinks you have to be donor at BHW and make quality posts. But if you don't want to spent money then just make posts on Warrior forum with your signature links.

there are many ways to get permanent backlinks.

You can comment on blogs related to your niche and get a bcklink. You can create posts on forums and get a backlink. You can create web 2.0 sites and ceate your own backlinks. You can go to Fiverr and pay someone to do a backlink blast for you.

You can also do what everyone else here does, and read through the forum and learn. Nothing comes for free - you have to do some work for it...

Submit quality articles to top directories....also submit some human readable bookmarks and you will get some great high pr links.
