    Hello, and sorry if i posted into a wrong section but i'd like to know from the best.
    I currently started a blog .. ( blog.the-reader.org ) ,
    i'm not so good about getting goodies for it so if there anyone willing to help me by giving me some hints , etc about what ads to use, ways of getting traffic and anything releated.

    for mostly who will say: search the forums , trust me , i did searched and im stucked a lot .

    big rectangle of adsense(300x300 with text, not the graphical one) right after the post title.

    also

    look into the topic of CPA

    traffic:
    good content+seo=organic traffic from search engines
    good content=unique articles, added frequently
    seo=backlinks

    try posting articles from your site on twitter and facebook, its the best way to get traffic quickly.

    Use onlywire or ping.fm to push new posts across many social nets and web 2.0 properties (fb,twitter,digg, stumbleupon, etc...)
