PLEASE help me with this issue

Hey guys, i have a little issue with a service i use
I use this service for my clients, and boost their Youtube/Spotify/Tiktok views
The service called Top4SMM.

Before, i could always pay with paypal, but they blocked it so i logged in to my friends account, and used his to check out if i could pay with paypal on his.
After they enabled Paypal again, i went back to my own account and used mine.

Today i woke up and i see a message that they blocked my account AND took MY MONEY!!

I sent an email asking them wassup, and they told me that the account i logged in, did a false despute with a stolen card before.

I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH his transactions. i only LOGGED in on his account ONCE AND DID NOTHING FURTHER.

They believe that it wasn't me that did the false dispute, but they say ''for security reasons we'll block your account too''
THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT I'M ON A BLACK LIST AND THAT THEY HAVE MY ONLINE FINGERPRINT AND THAT ALL THEIR PARTNERS WOULDN'T TAKE MY ORDERS TOO FROM NOW ON.

Now i have a big problem because i order all my clients views on that website. I NEVER did something wrong.

Can someone please tell me what to do? Top4smm was a very good service.
Are their any other good services that do likes/comments/views etc?

Just do a chargeback via Paypal and get your funds back

And find another panel. There are at least 50 on bhw.

Go and check the marketplace. You'll find plenty.

Yes I think there are plenty of paypal accepting SMM services, just search in the forum

As per PayPal policies, the buying and selling of SMM (social media marketing) services is against PayPal's T&C.
So, if you or anyone will still continues to buy SMM (social media marketing) services paying using PayPal, then do expect your PayPal account(s) to get suspended.
The solution is to pay using crypto.

Pay with crypto so the scamming SMM panel can steal him with no consequences? Lol

As the buyer doesn't matter. It's really the merchants that have to worry about those rules.

Scammers are everywhere in this world and legit people (sellers) are also available everywhere. Do your due diligence before buying anything anywhere. I buy lots of digital non-physical virtual products and services on a regular basis and I always pay using crypto and I have so far never been scammed (I do my due diligence before any purchase).
And in SMM for example, you can spend a (US) dollar or two to know if a seller's service is legit for you, to know if that service would work for you.

What I'm saying is it's horrible advice on a thread where the OP literally stated he was scammed by the panel.

Crypto is useful on something you never need a refund on ever. $1-$2 on an SMM panel will do absolutely nothing. Their services can degrade quickly without notice.

Can you guys check my post and check their email to me, is it fair how they handled this?

Well, with regards to SMM (as we are speaking about SMM here), its is usually not the seller's service that degrades, it is the various social media platform's algorithms that get beefed up (especially nowadays). So, for example, a particular SMM service for let us say likes for YouTube videos may have worked well upto yesterday, but today there was some algorithmic change in YouTube and all the likes dropped, without any degradation of the service of the seller of the YouTube likes.
So, if one is buying SMM services especially nowadays, one needs to understand what I've explained and fasten seat belts and be ready (and bold enough) to ride the waves.
And "Crypto is useful on something you never need a refund on ever". ALL crypto payments can be refunded. Refund means "giving back/retruning money" & it is a process done by the seller of a product or service and no one can stop a seller from refunding an amount, even if the amount was paid using crypto.
Don't get confused between a chargeback/dispute and a refund.
EDITED to reply to @Nabilmeer : Nowadays, if you will buy SMM services and pay using Paypal, then Paypal is very likely to suspend your Paypal account, as the buying and selling of SMM (social media marketing) services is against PayPal's T&C. Things have already changed : Nowadays, if you will buy any product or service using Paypal and that product or service is against Paypal's T&C, then be ready to get your Paypal account(s) suspended. Solution : Embrace crypto.

You know any good smm site that accepts paypal?

Sorry to hear about your problem.

Changing the platform will be the best option and if other platforms block you, it means your card has problem and you need to get rid of it.

If you still want to use them, you have to use a different card and name as well. You can request someone to order on your behalf with their card details.

Also, there are a lot of virtual card services out there, where you can use any name you want.
