Please help me with no spend campaign

Hi Buge Li,

We’ve seen that happen a lot recently, especially with fresh or duplicated creatives, or if your account has been flagged by Meta’s internal risk system.
Here are a few possible reasons why your campaign might not be spending:
1. Low-quality score or limited audience size
- Check your targeting and ensure it’s broad enough.
- Test different creatives to refresh engagement.
2. Hidden flags on the ad account or page
- Sometimes Meta flags your page or ad account without sending a direct notification.
- Try duplicating the campaign into a new ad set or even a new ad account.
3. Warming up issue
- If you're using a new BM, proxy, or fresh page, you might need to warm it up properly before running bigger ads.
4. Payment method mismatch or trust issue
- If you're using virtual cards, Facebook sometimes pauses spending silently.
Let me know if you're running through real profiles or using aged pages. I’ve run into this before with my own automation setups, and it usually needs a few tweaks to recover.
Hope this helps a bit!

Maybe your account had a hidden flag, but you cannot know. Try launching on a new account and creating a new ad on the old account + changing the card

You should spent more time for research on it !
There are several ways like facebook , instagram, and many other platforms where you can post about you campaign for marketing and they don’t charge on it

If your campaign suddenly stopped spending despite page and tag being fine, possible reasons include: your audience size is too small or saturated, your bid is too low, your budget is paused or limited, or Facebook flagged your ad/account—check for disapprovals, delivery diagnostics, and try refreshing creatives or expanding targeting.

If everything like tags and pages are normal then the accounts are likely to do it, you should try changing the account views, these new accounts will usually be like this for a while at first or it can stay like this forever

It may be that the bank has a bad payment history, please change the payment method, or change to a new account.

Happens sometimes  Try refreshing creatives or switching ad text slightly FB’s algo can freeze stuff for no clear reason. Also double-check audience overlap ;)

Your campaign likely stopped spending due to a billing issue, ad disapproval, or audience exhaustion. Double-check your payment method, ad status, and whether your target audience has been fully reached or limited.

Check your entire process, from ad account to campaign, and most importantly check that your payment method is working and there are no pending issues. Are you getting any impressions, or is it completely stuck?

What content was the ad about? If the content is about anything that goes against the TOS, then they do have the ability to put a hold. Meta did make a update very recently regarding certain pieces of content for promotion, so just check and let us know and we will go from there.

The reason comes from the quality of your advertising account is not really good.

Turn off all active campaigns, wait 4 hours, then pay the full balance. Then create a new campaign, the problem will be solved

That happens sometimes even when everything looks fine. It could be related to ad review delays, trust score issues, or hidden limits on the account. Try refreshing creatives, duplicating the campaign, or testing with a new ad set. Also check billing, policy compliance, and account quality — Meta often throttles spend without showing a clear warning.

Gần đây chiến dịch của tôi đột nhiên ngừng chi tiêu. Khi tôi kiểm tra trang hoặc thẻ thì mọi thứ đều ổn. Không biết lý do là gì
Try changing the content and image.

Campaigns that stop spending despite tags and pages being fine are often due to Facebook limiting delivery (low ad quality, narrow targeting, account review) or the algorithm pausing for testing; you should try creating a new campaign, expanding your audience, and filing an appeal if you suspect a flag.
