Please help me : what do I do daily in Seo?

First , Sorry about bad my english. I'm a noob in Seo. And I don't know : what do I do in SEo daily. I have one site (over 3 month age) and My schedule is :
- Create 2 profile backlink in http://www.pr9list.com/2013/10/top-sites-pr-high-to-create-profile-html.html
- Create 2 forum backlink in same niche of my sites. Example : my niche sites is gaming. I will create backlink in http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/index/9-Gaming-Discussion
- I posted my article in FB, twitter, g+ and I will add social signal FB, twitter, g+ daily. 10 social signal on each. I use addmefast.

My schedule is right or wrong. Thanks

You need more strong link to rank a competitive niche, example: backlink from ezinearticles, hubpages,...
Or you can outsource link building on fiverr focusing on the premium high PR link, donot need to blash with massive link, it doesnot work anymore.
 
These days domain authority of backlinks including randomness is whats important think quality not quantity.
you could use a thing called autofillmagic this is found to be somewhat noob friendly for manual link building.
 
you will try to publish daily one article over website and make 10 web 2.0 daily
 
Build high quality hand written web 2.0's and then build social book marks and wikis to those web 2.0's.
 
You need to add in some high quality web 2.0s, some guest posts (if you doing manual, try and find some targeted niche relevent blogs that you can get guest posts on, will be good).
 
you need some strong and relevant banklinks (either ******** or nonfollow) to you site.. the basic options to get backlinks are 1.bookmarking 2.link in relevant Directories 3.web 2.0 creation 4.guest posting 5.link wheeling 6.traffic through social media 7.traffic through video's (ytube) etc... and so on ,this ll never end ..
But the above mentioned are basics to get backlinks

disagreed, massive link still work, blast on tier 2..
 
Definitely building web 2.0, if you don't know how to do it yourself, out source on fiverr. Or just read a lot on manual linkbuilding here and then try it yourself. :) I would never go massive for your moneysite, but you can do it on tiers.
 
Get contextual links daily from good quality domains and you will be on the right track.

Getting better links means that you don't have to do things daily, you can do them bi-weekly as well.
 
You should also study your competitors who are doing well and make a list of the links that rank them, and then make sure that you have them too.
 
Here's what I'd do:
Find your top competitors. These must be exact niche competitors.

Next, use a backlink checker to find their backlinks

Find their most linked to content

Create a better version but target a longtail that has lower competition

Reach out to the sites that linked to your competitor's content
 
Keep a watchful eye on what your audience shares and likes the most. Is it game reviews? Is it cheats or codes? Use this information and do more of it, say 75% this and the rest of your topics will be supplementing articles. Also, definitely stay towards quality for long-term growth and stability so you're not scared every time an algorithm change happens. Try looking into anonymous guest posting, and put one link in the article to your homepage using the name of your site, to look natural and then a link to an inner page with natural anchor text as well. You should try and get somewhere in the range of 20-30% crafted anchor text, and then the rest natural like "click here" or "visit this link" or other naturally occurring words in the article linking to more information for the user. When you think of a backlink, you should think of it as the same as creating a works cited page, referencing additional information on the same topic.
 
i think seo is not just about backlinks from other sites but also on-page optimization. i read some seo tutorial and they suggest to care about some html tags in your site pages.
