Goodmorning everyone.
I purchased 5000 followers for Instagram from India. What I ask is simple, how do they, especially the Indians, to offer so many followers in such an efficient, fast and immediate way? I know there are various exchange sites, but I really can not figure out how they do it. Can you help me? I do not want to buy any packages, but I would like to do it myself.
I know that I should post content, use better hashtags, etc ... but I need to increase the number quickly, if possible not paid.

Those followers are most likely bots. You won't have anything purchasing followers. Your engagement rate is going to suck and everybody is going to notice. So.. don't!
 
If you want to grow fast followers, do follow/unfollow.
To buy isnt good, most are bots, and like NitashEU said your engagement rate will be very bad!
 
Why would you even buy followers, there's no positive to that.

They are just numbers that does nothing, it would probably hurt your engagement and give you all sorts of problem in future.

P.S. If you value your account for some purpose for it.
