Please help me to get my site files back

I got free hosting from this:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/web-hosting/419343-giveaway-5-cpanel-webhosting.html

And now my site files are trapped in that account, and i cant access the cpanel. Its been a month. I tried to contact him, he doenst respond. :(

How can i get it back. I did a lots of hard work on that site. I didnt have much money to spend on hosting. Thats why i went for free hosting.
I dont need the hosting, i just need the website files, its a wordpress one.

please help me.....

Could shitlist him. Your files are gone though. Unless you have access to the server (which you dont) or backups (which you likely dont) then you can't get them.
 
do you have access to ftp? How did you upload them? If all the files are downloadable i.e html, use a site leacher to download the complete site.

And always remember this is the risk involved in the free hosting offered by the individuals.
 
Also login to your WP admin and export all the posts and pages and themes. You can search for such plugins which completely transfers one WP installation to the other.
 
Do you have access to wordpress admin panel? If yes, try the wordpress backup plugin. It will backup all your files including themes/plugins and sent it to your email.

yes, i have access. But when i connect, it doenst show the site files. It shows an empty folder.
I changed the nameservers, and got hostgator hosting.

Used a backup i created in the very begining of the site. ITs useless. Im going to delete the whole site and create it again.

Oh GOD, I never slept when i was creating it.

no, i didnt have access to wp-admin. even my site wasnt loading, gave that error page.

was unable to see even the site. :/

Hey, I think your site is not loading because you've changed the nameservers for it. Pm me details of your site, ftp etc. I 'll try to help you.

Yeah, I went to hospital for a bad chest infection and got back to my server being wiped. I also lost my own files. What can I do lol? I can't help the fact I had something happen to me health wise....
