It's easy to get accepted by any CPA company. All you need is a website and a plan. They simply want to know how you are going to promote their offers.

Make sure you have a website, even a simply Blogger site will do! Don't mention anything blackhat but apart from that, be as honest as possible with them. Also tell them your plan in as much detail and professionalism as possible.

Get a free co.cc domain
Get a free hosting
Set up wordpress on it
Put up a simple theme with a CPA offer ( like an ebook with sharecash or any other PPD link in it)
Be sure to put the CPA offer on the homepage.
Tell in your application that you will be promoting legit stuff using your fileice using SEO etc.
