Please help me to fix my html <div> problem...

I have Megavideo-like script...however i don't understand how to fix one iussue about a <div> inside the index.php

i.imgur.com/CntUI.png

As you can see the control bar isn't in the right place and i'm not able to insert the video inside the container div.

Anyone can help me? Please let me know ASAP

looks to me like your putting your image or code between the wrong <div> tags. you can have multiple <div> tags on for just one section.
id say open your file up in dreamweaver (if you have it) or install the firefox addon firebug and look at the code and the design at the same time. this issue in my opinion will be an easy fix.
id be more than happy to look at the file for you. send me a pm.

of course this answer is stated with out seeing your code
