Please help me to find a good host or fix my site

Hi! I have a website [Removed URL] what running terrible! I tried every performance related plugin (w3, hummingbird, now using jetpack boost and premium 10web subscription) to fix the speed but nothing works! With Google pagespeed my posts usually have ~1.5sec fcp and 1.8-2 sec lcp. Yet my 28 days average is more than 4 seconds now. The server initial response always 6-8-10 seconds what is terrible. If i compare the stats to a similar website it looks like this (picture): Terrible post stats but Good 28 days stats. How is this possible? For me good post stats, bad 28days stats when others sites the opposite. If i check with debugbear the numbers are terrible. I have 3-3.5k daily visitors from google for 5 month now but 400-500 returning visitor per day so basically nobody ever stay. I cant fet more than 15k page visit per day since spring and its decreasing. I using the free cloudflare, free jetpack boost and 14$ per month 10web premium. I have plain link structure i cant modify now because the existing links so i cant use wprocket example. I will ask to install redis object cache. Will it help something?



When i check the control panel the numbers are shocking. I doing nothing on my site its low amount of visitors yet it have extreme usage. (Screenshots 1) In these times my website totally useless. Best case scenario a wordpress menu loading 2-3 minutes or it writes my host unavailable. In these times jetpack notify me my site not working with "Error reference: 222348141/intermittent". Right now my site unavailable again with this stat. (screenshot 2)

4GB RAM DDR4 ECC
50GB SSD RAID-10
Unmetered Traffic / 100Mbit

I upgraded to 4 cores and 8GB RAM, but it changed nothing.

I write to the host they saying its fixed but fixed nothing and not even saying what is happening. Can you give me a good host provider with these minimum requirements? 4 cores, 8GB RAM, 200Mbit+ bandwidth, offshore what dmca ignoring, they migrating my site to their server for free and less than 100 dollars per month?

Hello, from my point of view, the speed of the site depends on several factors
1- Service provider
2- The template used for WordPress
3- Some additions or queries may reduce the response time to load the page faster
4- The size of the image and content on the page
I need to take a look at the site to check if you could add a link to the test result at pagespeed.web.dev

this is a bottleneck telling from experience if you have good amount of visitors

I got this explanation: "We checked your uplink usage, and as I can see, you a lot of times use more than 100mbit. This is the first problem.
The second problem is your CPU usage. Your CPU is constantly overloaded. PHP-FPM uses too many resources" Finally i know i will switch to Qloud vps enterprise in next week. That looks like far stronger than this current vps what hopefully solve every problem.
