Please help me to create a microworkers account

Hi, I need help to create a microworkers account from the US people. The problem is that I'm not a US residence and even if I create a US account in microworkers, I won't be able to withdraw any money since I can't verify my address. What I'm looking for is a verified microworkers account, I don't care if it has a balance of payments or not. I'm even willing to buy with a good price as long as the account is really from US and verified. So, can anyone help me??
