wouldn't it be easier and faster for you if you ask your AM or the support staff of the app/service you took that screenshot out of?

yes, just ask your gateway. there's nothing shady going on there. just be open about it.

they dont answer me.....few days passed and no answer from the website

Not to say a bad word.. but i tend to avoid using companies that can't reply me on simple support questions for days.. what would i expect it to be when a issue about a payment arises?

why don't you look for another gateway?
