Wordpress is much better, you have more customization options. It's not that hard, There's also loads of tutorials, just use google for help.

If revenuehits has a required minimum payout, you should reach it first, then you can withdraw your earnings. Just continue what you have done to earn from them and wait til you reach the required minimum.

The reason you are seeing dramatic jumps in your SEO is because blogger is used by millions of people. Others blogs could have similar naming, articles, etc which allows them to jump ahead of you in SEO. However, Wordpress is excellent but takes plenty of practice to get used too.

Dropping rank is not very strange with new blog, website. It's up to your keywords too. Changing to wordpress is also a good idea. Wordpress is stable and easy to use.

In my opinion, Wordpress is more user-friendly, versatile and carries weight SEO-wise. Regardless of your blog software though, your main strategy should always be about fresh, relevant and keyword-rich content. Since blogs tend to have dynamic content, it is not uncommon to see some jumps in page rankings but as long as you have a disciplined approach to your content strategy, the volatility of your rankings should stabilize as your blog matures. Hope this helps!

In my opinion as well, you should make your blog much more unique after you have mastered wordpress. Not just unique keyword and such. Make your content and design unique, even though you have the same niche as others. You might be able to make a good impression to GOOGLE and get a more stable rank.

There are tons of plugins you can play around with, and apart from customization, I would go for WP mainly because of that. Have fun!

Wordpress is the better of the two but both work well. Keep your consistency sounds like you are getting good results.

Wordpress is not that hard to run. Just find some tutorials on it and you can easily learn it.

It's pretty common.. new blog rankings are always unstable. You can expect the rankings to bounce around easily for the first year. Switching to wordpress isn't going to stop your rankings from bouncing all over the place.
