i installed namecheap positivessl certificate.
https://domain.com link is working
but
https://www.domain.com link not working

how to add www in domain?

Contact namecheap support.. They will fix it for you

But not for a complete year. I'll also be checking whether all the redirects are working properly or not.

letsencrypt is a free SSL service which most shared hosting providers currently utilizing. Your issue though I think is that when you created SSL certificate you only created it for domain.com and not for www.domain.com

Why don't u just use free SSL by let's encrypt. Instructions to install here:

It is incredibly easy.

Add CNAME WWW to your domain.com

hosting namecheap ?
in Cpanel you will have SSL --> Manage SSL --> Maange Sites --> Add your SSL info manually and safe it.

in htaccess of your domain add redirect url from http to https

good luck

https://domain.com link is working, means you have installed your SSL correctly.
What you need to do is redirect your www version to your https://domain.com using .htaccess file.
