I have recently started a new informative website and I want to collect User's Information such as their name, address, email id, phone number etc and also i like to give options which i offer to my customers regarding their requirement, plz tell me what should i do in wordpress to gather all the user's info.

Try this,i dont know if this can be used with WP,thou very likely. I am using ot for costume sites.

Its Really Helpfull, i am creating the form, but how can i place the form on my website plz do help me in knowing that also if possible.

Gaurav,

If you are embedding the form onto your website, go into your admin backend and either select the page that you want to embed it on or create a new page. Embed the code and save the page. It should be pretty straight forward. Here is some more info on it,

Hello OP, i use contact form 7 and its very easy to access and use, here is a download link for a manual upload http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/ or you go to your plugins section - "add new plugins" and search for contact form 7
