1. what's the best topic?
2. should I make a niche topic?
3. do adsense dont care about traffic?
4. my website just 4 days , does it possible get approval add site adsense?

Any topic is fine, accept banned topics like gun, adult, etc traffic is the key. Get ~20 visitors a day from Google search , impossible to get rejected.

thanks sir for helping me answer , I have a question ..will adsense add site approve my new website with Mix up topic not niche , for example blog about how to find love , how to never give up with love , etc..and traffic from pinterest and telegram or direct link.

You need traffic a lot of it, what's the point of adsense approval? Work on that.
Payment threshold is 100$, adsense will not Pay if you can't reach 100$. Did you know that?
