Have you tried calling them back to find out what they want? If it's bother you, then just block the phone number through your wireless service provider or through an application on your phone.

If anything, you could try one of those reverse phone lookup services, although from what I've heard, they don't always work so well (especially when wireless numbers are concerned).

I'm quite sure OP wants a number that does that... rather than trying to find someone who's calling him.

Oh, I've never heard of a phone number without a time-out before. The ambiguity of the post made it sound as if the OP wanted to find someone with a US phone number who kept calling them without leaving a voicemail. :D

    Indeed, it did :)

I know from a past life, however, that asterisk phone servers can be configured to 'ring forever' which means exactly what it says.
We used to configure that for lines that we used for certain outgoing calls - ie if someone called back on our caller ID number, it would literally keep ringing until they hung up - however none of our phones would actually ring; effectively sending the calls to that line to dark-space.
